Refund Policy

At Next2Me Academy, we are committed to delivering premium educational services through carefully planned live instruction, digital learning resources, assessments, and technology-enabled learning experiences. Due to the nature of our services, all enrollments are considered final upon confirmation.

1. General Policy

Unless expressly required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement executed by Next2Me Academy, all payments made to Next2Me Academy are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

By completing an enrollment or making a payment, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that educational services, digital resources, platform access, administrative preparation, instructor scheduling, and technology allocation begin immediately upon enrollment and therefore constitute services that cannot be reversed or returned.

2. Institutional Enrollments

For educational institutions, schools, universities, corporate organizations, or other institutional clients, all fees paid under executed service agreements are governed exclusively by the applicable contractual terms.

Unless explicitly stated within such agreement, no refund, reimbursement, credit, offset, or partial repayment shall be due for unused sessions, student absences, withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, organizational changes, or reduced participation.

3. Individual Enrollments

For individual learners, all course registrations become final immediately upon confirmation of enrollment.

Once access credentials, course materials, live sessions, learning resources, assessments, or digital content have been made available, the enrollment shall be deemed irrevocable and no refund shall be available, regardless of the extent of platform usage or participation.

4. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend scheduled classes, failure to access the learning platform, technical issues on the user's side, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel, illness, changes in educational preference, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Next2Me Academy shall not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, cancellation, or compensation.

5. Digital Services

The educational services provided by Next2Me Academy consist primarily of digital content, live instruction, educational planning, instructor allocation, platform administration, and technology services.

Because these services are allocated and reserved specifically for enrolled learners, they are considered consumed upon activation of the learner's account and course enrollment.

Accordingly, payments made for such services are non-refundable.

6. Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, the purchaser agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, unauthorized disputes, or similar claims where educational services, platform access, instructor allocation, or digital resources have been provided or made available.

Next2Me Academy reserves the right to provide enrollment records, access logs, attendance records, login history, communication records, and other relevant documentation to financial institutions or payment processors in response to any payment dispute.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Next2Me Academy may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis.

Any goodwill gesture, credit, accommodation, or exception granted by Next2Me Academy shall not establish any precedent, obligation, or continuing entitlement for future requests.

8. Force Majeure

Next2Me Academy shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public emergencies, governmental actions, internet outages, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Such events shall not entitle participants to refunds or financial compensation.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any program, purchasing any educational service, or accessing the Next2Me Academy platform, the purchaser confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in its entirety.

All purchases are made voluntarily and with full acknowledgment that, except where prohibited by mandatory applicable law or expressly provided in a separate written agreement signed by Next2Me Academy, payments are final and non-refundable.
